Higuerón Resort presents a new real estate project in Fuengirola, within its well-known luxury complex on the Costa del Sol in Malaga. This is the Waterfall Collection, which includes 233 exclusive residences spread over a 26,272 m2 plot and with more than 7,000 m2 of green areas. With an investment of €106 M, the project includes seven residential areas with evocative names such as Virginia, Niágara, Iguazú, Havasu, Ángel, Yosemite and Victoria.
All of them will have the services of Higuerón Resort. In this first phase, 71 homes will be built, including 21 Garden Villas, 34 Deluxe Apartments and 16 Sky Villas. With this project, Higuerón Developments continues to advance the plans it will launch in 2021 to develop 500 luxury homes. Thus, it also promotes Valley Collection, which offers a total of 224 apartments, distributed among 141 two-bedroom units, 45 three-bedroom apartments and 38 three-bedroom penthouses.
