This video is about the new development under construction now called Bali by the developer Kronos Homes.

Bali is a complex of apartments located in the Rincón de la Victoria area of Costa del Sol in Malaga East, between the natural parks of the Sierra de Tejada and the Montes de Málaga.

The project is inspired by the tranquility and privacy of the Indonesian islands. The homes feature two and three bedrooms, as well as ground floors with private gardens and penthouses with panoramic solariums. I found interesting one specific penthouse for 398.000€ that still available in phase 1 and asked all the questions about this unit and the project.
